Bone marrow transplantation is an important specialised treatment area within hematology and Hemato-Oncology. Dr. Mittal's training and professional experience include the evaluation and care of patients requiring specialised bone marrow transplant-related management.
Dr. Mittal completed his Fellowship in Clinical Hematology & Bone Marrow Transplant at Tata Medical Center, Kolkata, from January 2019 to December 2019. He has also served as Principal Investigator for the ISBMT Registry, which focuses mainly on Bone Marrow Transplantation.
His experience in BMT complements his broader expertise in hematological malignancies, leukemia, lymphoma and other complex hematological conditions.
